A message from Bonnie Reich, President of Symmetry Closets^® Dear Valued Customer, At Symmetry Closets, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are diligently monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and medical professionals to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions. In-Home Design Consultations: All of our design consultants are following preventative safety measures, which include mask wearing, and washing hands/using hand sanitizer before and after each visit. Installations: We’ve implemented immediate updates to our existing white-glove service when we are at your home. In addition to always protecting your walls and floors, our installers are following preventative safety measures, which include mask wearing, and washing hands/using hand sanitizer and cleaning all surfaces with disinfecting wipes before and after each visit. Showrooms: We have areas to wash hands and have hand sanitizer at all of our Showrooms and are disinfecting all collaborative work areas prior to opening each morning and after every consultation throughout the day.
